From Classroom to Boardroom - Your Leadership Journey Starts Here
Preparing emerging leaders and entrepreneurs: what it means to be a State Officer for Oklahoma DECA, and how to run.

THE ROLE
What It Means to Be a State Officer
Serving as a State Officer for DECA is more than just a title - it's a transformative leadership experience that challenges, empowers, and elevates students to new heights. As the face and voice of OK DECA, you'll take an active role in shaping the future of the organization, leading conferences, engaging with members, and representing thousands of driven students just like yourself.
This role isn't for everyone - it takes a student with vision, dedication, and the confidence to lead by example. State Officers are organized, articulate, and passionate about personal growth and service. They balance academics, leadership, and a commitment to excellence, while learning how to collaborate on a professional level, make strategic decisions, and inspire others.
But the rewards? They're immeasurable. From developing real-world skills and lifelong friendships to gaining exclusive leadership training and unforgettable opportunities, being a State Officer will shape not just your year - but your future. If you're ready to grow as a leader, make a real impact, and take your DECA journey to the next level, this is your moment.
